Eye Care for Kids Foundation is grateful to have 100 provider doctors on board throughout the greater Houston area. Our providers are essential to the success of this organization. We always welcome new providers!
Please consider joining our cause. We'll require your license number, tax id, and a signed program agreement form. You can call our office, and we will be glad to provide you with the Program Overview and Agreement.

Every year thousands of students in the Greater Houston Area go through school without corrected vision. As a result, these students are not able to participate and learn at their full potential. Eye Care for Kids Foundation works with all 56 School Districts to help those students who fall through the health care crack because of a lack of insurance.
Becoming a "Collaborator in Caring", gives you an opportunity to help out your local community. The students referred to you, will be from schools within your vicinity.
Doctors are reimbursed $50 for each student served, the Foundation makes payment on every 15th and 30th of the month and making claims is fast and easy.
