Eye Care for Kids offers vision screening services in the following order of priorities:

• Schools  where no nurse is employed, such as charter schools.
  

• Schools where vision screening services will expedite the process in order for the Mobile Eye Institute to make a visit since it is only able to assist schools after students have been screened and qualified.
  

• Community Health Fairs
  

• Schools where nurses need assistance ( Eye Care for Kids' staff  permitting)
  

Screenings are provided by Eye Care for Kids employees who are certified by the Texas Department of State Health Services.
